Laser Treatment for Brown Lesions
The Candela V Beam Laser is FDA approved for the treatment of pigmented
lesions such as facial sun spots, age spots on the hands, freckles, and sun
damage to the neck and chest. Typically, two to four treatments are needed.
These treatments are quick and no topical anesthesia is needed. Maximum results
are seen in four to six weeks.
Laser Treatment for Spider Veins
The Candela Gentle YAG Laser is used to treat spider veins on the face and
legs. A series of one to three treatments typically resolves 90% of spider
veins. No topical anesthesia is needed since the cooling cryogen system protects
your skin before each laser pulse. Maximum results are seen in eight to ten
weeks.
Laser Treatment for Red Lesions
The Candela V Beam Laser is FDA approved for the treatment of red lesions
such as rosacea, portwine stains, angiomas, telangectasias, and diffuse redness.
Acne and warts also can be treated. Typically, one to four treatments are
needed. These treatments are quick and no topical anesthesia is needed since the
cooling cryogen system protects your skin before each laser pulse. Maximum
results are seen in four to six weeks.
